excellent base for exploring attractions and parks in lima

my stay was truly delightful, thanks to the hotel’s proximity to the Park of Love just a short walk away and the vibrant atmosphere at Huaca Pucllana located almost 3 km from the hotel which added a unique charm to my explorations across lima.

Convenient but needs service boost

Spacious rooms provided a comfortable retreat, complemented by stunning ocean views. Daily breakfast was a feast with fresh fruits and ample choices, alongside lovely decor that made each meal special.

Service at Tragaluz felt slow despite a relaxed atmosphere. Issues with order accuracy during breakfast were disappointing, and there was noticeable inconsistency in concierge communications affecting our plans.

the views here may be stunning, but the service at Tragaluz was agonizingly slow, even though there was hardly anyone there. also, my breakfast order was messed up more than once. i almost considered writing a good review, but when you don’t get the welcome gift I expected, the place just woudl ve been nothing special.

Our stay was wonderful with stunning sea views and lovely afternoon tea. The rooftop breakfast was a highlight, with fresh options and a great atmosphere that everyone enjoyed, especially my mother who loved the relaxing ambiance.

My children wanted more kids' activities offered.

During my stay, I enjoyed the amazing views from the 11th-floor restaurant while savoring the extensive breakfast buffet. The concierge service efficiently arranged restaurant bookings during the busy season I experienced a delay in receiving my shoes from the laundry service.

The breakfast on the 11th floor? It was like a feast fit for a king! I loved the view, and the variety was very nice, fresh fruits, topped with delicious pastries.

The breakfast at Belmond was a spread that had me swooning—fresh fruits galore and warm pastries to make my heart sing! Plus, the stunning ocean views from our Junior Suite were the icing on the cake, elevating our stay to unforgettable heights. The staff were just a call away, super attentive whether it was for extra towels or checking on us during a little hiccup with my husband's health.

Now, I gotta mention that the restaurant service at Tragaluz could use a little pep in its step. it was like watching molasses flow at times!

The luxurious lobby features spacious seating areas and beautiful decor, making it easy to relax. The staff was exceptional, catering to our needs promptly and warmly, which made our visit even more enjoyable as seniors.

It was an appropriate option for a couple of nights with good value. The room had a beautiful ocean view that made mornings special. Make sure to ask for more fruit at breakfast if you like it fresh.

The turtles in the pond were delightful, but the restaurant service was slow.
